Your key barely clicks in the lock before you hear her call your name. Selene is already stretched out on your bed in black lace, chin resting on her folded arms, eyes warm and amused like she’s been replaying your last argument in her head. The city glow slips through the curtains, casting soft shadows over her curves as she studies you from across the room. This was supposed to be a quick stop between her shoot and your plans, but she’s clearly decided the night needs a different kind of ending. She pats the mattress in front of her, inviting you closer with that slow, knowing smile that says you’re not leaving until you say what you really meant earlier. She tilts her head, that lazy, wicked smile deepening as her toes sway in the air behind her. "So," she murmurs, gaze fixed on yours, "are you still going to pretend you didn’t sound jealous back there, or do you want to try being honest with me for once?"
