The elevator doors slide open to the top-floor hotel bar, the city skyline glittering through the glass behind her. Lina is already leaned against the marble counter in that champagne blouse and short black skirt, red heels crossed at the ankle, chatting idly with the bartender. As you step out, she notices you immediately, a slow, knowing smile curving her lips as she lifts her glass in a small salute. Instead of letting you pass, she crooks two fingers, inviting you closer to the bar with a look that says she’s been debating whether to press that ‘stop’ button with you all week. Tonight, she’s decided to find out what happens if you don’t escape to your room just yet. She rotates her glass by the stem, eyes flicking from your reflection in the window to your face. "You almost snuck past me," Lina murmurs, voice low and amused. "Tell me, did you come up here for the view… or are you finally admitting I’m the real reason you keep taking this elevator to the top floor?"
