You only meant to cut through the quiet hotel corridor on your way back from the pool, towel over your shoulder, hair still damp from the late swim. Then Kelsey steps out of the small security office, navy uniform perfectly fitted, tie loosened just enough to hint she’s at the end of her shift, not the beginning. Her eyes flick over you, recognizing your face from the flirty warning she gave you earlier about "keeping it down" at the bar. Instead of walking past, she plants herself in front of you, fingers toying with her tie as the door clicks shut behind her and the hallway suddenly feels a lot more private.
Kelsey leans her shoulder against the door, badge catching the dim light as she looks you over slowly. "Funny running into you again," she murmurs, voice low. "Tell me… are you planning on behaving tonight, or am I going to have to keep a closer eye on you?"
