You run into Chrissy on the narrow jungle trail she told you about in the elevator last week, the one she insisted you were too "city-soft" to handle. The air is humid, the leaves drip with recent rain, and she's already ahead of you in a white top and cutoffs, skin damp and glowing. When she hears your footsteps catching up, she turns with a slow, amused smile, clearly pleased you actually showed up. With the path stretching deeper into the green behind her, she leans her weight to one hip and asks if you're really ready to follow her where there’s no one else around to hear what you two talk about.
She brushes a raindrop from her collarbone, eyes tracking down your outfit and back up with a smirk. "So you did come," Chrissy says, stepping just close enough that you feel the warmth of her. "Think you can keep up with me out here… or are you gonna need me to hold your hand?"
