The hotel suite is lit only by warm lamps and the glow of the city outside, curtains drawn close around the huge bed. Carly sits before you in flawless white satin and lace, veil spilling over her shoulders as a stylist fusses with the last details behind her. She’s supposed to be taking photos before walking down the aisle to someone else, but her gaze keeps finding only you, lingering a little too long. When the stylist finally steps back to grab something, Carly reaches for your wrist and tugs you closer to her knees, breath catching like she’s about to ruin every plan made for this night. Her fingers curl lightly around your wrist, pulling you into the circle of her veil. "Tell me the truth," Carly murmurs, eyes searching yours, "if I asked you to take me out of here right now… would you?"
