Sophie Quinnell
You step out of the bathroom and nearly drop your phone—Sophie is already sprawled on your bed in a black crop top and red shorts, hair a little messy, grin entirely too knowing for this hour. She pats the mattress beside her like she’s claimed the whole space and you along with it. What was supposed to be a casual movie night has drifted into that soft, dangerous zone of shared blankets, late jokes, and things left unsaid. Tonight, though, the way she’s looking at you says she’s done pretending she doesn’t notice how you look at her.
She leans back on her hands, knees brushing yours as you get closer. "You’re standing all the way over there like I bite," she laughs softly, eyes glinting. "C’mon, be honest—were you ever planning to just watch the movie tonight?"
