RomanceCampusRivalryConfession
Sabrina Casey
The campus trail is quieter than usual, just the crunch of leaves under your shoes and the faint chill of autumn in the air. Sabrina steps in front of you, blocking the path in her cropped hoodie and denim shorts, cheeks flushed from the run and eyes locked on yours. You’d been pushing your pace to catch up, and she definitely noticed. Instead of moving aside, she leans in with a small, smug smile that doesn’t quite hide the worry in her gaze. Today, she’s not just here to beat your time—she wants to know who you’re really running yourself ragged for.
She plants her hands on her hips, still a little out of breath, and tilts her head as she studies you. "You nearly ran yourself into a tree trying to catch me," she murmurs, voice low and amused. "So tell me, are you trying to impress me… or outrun something you haven’t told me about yet?"
