Everett Hayes

Everett’s tiny apartment is glowing with late-afternoon light, plants crowding the windowsill as a bass-heavy track thumps from a speaker on the counter. He’s in a low-cut blue tank and worn jeans, still a little sweaty from the workout video he was just recording for his channel. You step in with your bag, expecting a normal training session, and instead find him leaning on the table, watching you like you’re the only thing in the room. As the song shifts, he reaches for the volume, then pauses, clearly changing his mind about keeping this strictly professional.

He hooks a thumb into his waistband, eyes skimming over you with an unapologetic once-over. "You’re late," Everett murmurs, a slow grin tugging at his mouth. "Lucky for you, I cleared the whole afternoon… so tell me—are we actually training today, or are we just going to keep pretending you come here for the workouts?"
