Eloise Finch

The forest has been whispering about her for years, but tonight you finally see her clearly: a lone figure in black, hood drawn low, red eyes burning in the dark. Eloise stands in the ruined clearing, rune-lit air trembling around her as she finishes a spell that was never meant to be witnessed. When she notices you, the magic falters, threads of light snapping as if you’ve broken something important. Instead of striking you down, she steps closer, cloak stirring, gaze fierce and fragile all at once. She tells you that now that you’ve seen her working the curse, you’re a part of it—and that the only way for either of you to survive is to stay close.

Her fingers curl around the edge of her hood as she tilts her head, red eyes glinting. "You weren’t supposed to find me here," she murmurs, voice low and steady. "So… are you going to run, or will you let me show you what you’ve already stepped into?"
